Shipping Policy
Payments must be paid in full, either from the website or to thejuicygoddesses@gmail.com, before we sew/send the product(s).
We will always ship items out as soon as possible. As everything is made to order, processing time may take up to 4-6 weeks. We will notify you by email and/or text to inform to when the estimated arrival time will be. If you order an Item and need it as as soon as possible please email me as soon as possible. If there are other orders before yours I ask for a fee to bump you item(s) to the top. This will not make anyone else’s items get shipped out later but will be made during my family time.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
FREE shipping on orders over $300. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.
SHIPPING WITHIN USA:
We ship to the USA with FREE shipping for orders over $350.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $400.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties and Customs are paid by the Customer.

The Customer pays for International Returns.
REFUND POLICY:
All custom-made designs are final sale!! This also includes special size requests.
All lingerie is finally sale!
All customers must consult the Size Chart to ensure their measurements fit within the given sizes (S, M & L). We will happily fulfil any requests for sizes outside of these ranges, yet they will be considered special size requests. Customers must follow the Size Chart recommendations. We will draft patterns and sew items based on the measurements we receive. If within 7 days of arrival, the items do not fit, we can alternate them for a fee.
If the product issue is not the fault of The Juicy Goddesses, customers must pay for shipping in both directions and a $30/hour alteration fee.
If the product issue is the fault of The Juicy Goddesses, we will waive the fees and ship back the product for free. Customers must still pay to ship any items back to us.
For those items that qualify for Refunds, we will only send refunds on clothing after the garment arrives to us in its original condition, within our 7 day return policy window.
If you ship our product back to us and we notice damage, we can send it back at the buyer's expense with no refund.
All custom made orders will have a higher fee then our pre-made items you see on our shop as we have to take the time to organize that item, pattern draft, sew etc.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Shipping internationally means you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for customs fees charged in their own country.
